When lifelong Westchester resident Joe Crotty lost his restaurant business during the pandemic, he did what every rational small-town business owner did during that painful, crazy time: he opened another one! Joe, who had been in the restaurant and bar biz like his dad, pivoted from Riverdale to New Rochelle, opening @crottyscheesesteaks within months with his daughter Lindsay Crotty Walsh.
